Action

Action photography at events that I cover (typically motorsports like motocross and flat track racing) have a $15 deposit per event per family. If I shot you at multiple events in the same week a single deposit will suffice. You will get store credit for the full amount of the deposit ($15) for purchases of prints and digital downloads and store credit accumulates with each unused deposit. If I find less than 2 photos of you, I will refund your deposit.

Business Headshots

There is a $99 deposit for business headshots per person. This includes store credit for the full amount of the deposit ($99) for purchases of prints and downloads. For an additional $50 setup fee, I can come to your location (and that would be single setup fee for multiple headshots at your business).

Portraits

There is a $150 deposit for portraits. You will then get store credit for the full amount of the deposit ($150) for purchases of prints and digital downloads. These will have more complex lighting setups and multiple poses, hence the higher deposit. This is for up to a 30 minute session (not including setup). For each additional 30 minutes, an additional $30 will be charged which does not add on to the $150 store credit.

Event Coverage

Event coverage is charged at an hourly rate: $100 for the first hour and $25 for each subsequent 1/2 hour. Time at event venue is the only time charged for the hourly rate (i.e. you are not charged hours for culling and post-processing of images which at a minimum doubles the real hours worked). This rate includes all images as social media-sized digital downloads which will be downloadable directly from your password-protected event gallery. Prints or other photographic products using these images are extra and the full price list will be visible when selecting ‘Buy Photo’ in the gallery.

All prices are valid for events that I attend or within a 30 mile radius of the 98012 (Bothell, Washington) ZIP code. Additional mileage will be charged for longer distances.
